In the main eye tuna is recommended to eat raw, less often – to soar or fry in a frying pan with soy sauce. According to eyewitnesses, the taste of the delicacy is very strange and does not resemble anything, but not everyone can like it. Gourmets note that the taste of the raw tuna eye is very ambiguous – whatever that means. This delicacy is relatively inexpensive, so any foreign tourist who has come to Japan can afford it.
