Fried crocodile

Most often crocodiles are fried or stewed, but it can be cooked just like any other meat: pickle, salt, bake, cook. Crocodile eggs make an insanely expensive omelet, and in some restaurants in Southeast Asia you will be offered to try the "Dragon's Paw" – a well-crocheted foot. By the way, my friends recently returned from a trip to Vietnam, where they tasted this dish – they say it's delicious.
